Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with WBL. We aim to provide you with a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

Exchange :

1. The customer has the right to request an exchange within 3 business days from the date of receiving the order.

2. Products can only be exchanged if they arrive damaged or different from the original order. Exchanges do not include errors resulting from the customer choosing the wrong size, color, or product during checkout. Please make sure to select the correct size and color before confirming your order.

3. Exchanges are available only within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

4. Exchange service is not available for international orders.

5. Our authorized shipping company is Esnad.

Exchange Delivery Time:
Within Riyadh: 1 to 3 business days
Outside Riyadh: 6 to 15 business days


  General Conditions

• Products that have been used or have lost their original packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.

• In case of receiving a wrong or damaged product, you must contact us within 3 business days from the date of receipt, providing the order number and product photos.

• We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the product if a non-approved shipping method is used.

• We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
